We welcome all roleplayers, old and new to Horizon Wolves. We've been around since the early days of Avidgamers in the early 2000s, previously in a valley called Taiyae, before characters fled to the valley of Horizon. We're pushing back the clock 100 years in this iteration of the valley and look forward to seeing new faces and old join the site!
Our characters inhabit a fictional region called the Horizon Valley, somewhere near the Pacific Northwest US and Canada border, and the year is 1808. Our game is Sandbox and Open-World, meaning that no sitewide plot is predetermined OOC, and your characters can do whatever they want within limits of the rules, setting, and lore.
This is a simple, semi-realistic wolf roleplay. We pride ourselves on keeping true to a focus on writing, so we don't allow flashy image headers or displays in our forums. It's all about building out our world and community through the power of writing. We look forward to seeing you there!
